Wim has gained experience in Customer Services and Planning at KPN Business Market, Talk & Vision (Video Conferencing) and Axians (ICT solutions) in the past 15 years, with focus on facilitating, personal interaction, continuous improvement and a proactive communication approach towards the customer. In recent years he also gained experience within Chain Management Processes and Contract Management.
