Blue Print
OUR CONSULTANTS INVESTIGATE YOUR WAY OF WORKING
We start with a blue print: the processes in your warehouse are mapped. The most important thing in this phase is to determine how CORAX wms and your warehouse can work together optimally. In addition, the possible interfacing with external systems will be determined. The duration of this phase varies per customer; from 2 hours at a small warehouse with straight-forward processes to several days at a more complex warehouse.
Implementation
Implementation
Based on the blue print, we prepare CORAX for your use in close collaboration with you and your colleagues. We work according to the Scrum method; tasks are assigned and completed every 2 weeks. In this period you will also be trained according to the Train-the-Trainer principle. When CORAX is ready, we can test it together and you can get started after a conversion of the stock. During this phase and the preceding phase you will receive regular progress reports. With a small warehouse, this entire process takes little time, with a more complex warehouse it can take several weeks.
